Cogito Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare data workflows, the contract Cogito Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams on Epic reporting projects, manage data structures using Cogito tools, and validate report logic with strong SQL skills in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to clarify requirements, validate outputs, and troubleshoot data issues
• Support Epic reporting projects and manage data structures using Cogito tools
• Ensure data validation, documentation, and quality review processes are maintained

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of technology or business administration experience
• Prior experience with Epic or supporting Epic reporting projects is highly preferred
• Experience with Epic data structures and reporting tools, including Radar Dashboards and Reporting Workbench
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to validate and recreate report logic
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and common clinical or operational metrics
