Cognigy Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cognigy Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage intent taxonomy, utterance models, and dialog flows for voice channels using Cognigy
• Develop natural language utterances and disambiguation strategies to enhance NLU accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure integration between Cognigy, NICE CX, and backend services

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent, hands-on experience with the Cognigy platform
• Senior engineer level expertise capable of managing staff augmentation responsibilities
• Deep expertise in Cognigy and experience with the NICE platform
• Familiarity with telephony systems and GenAI applications for conversational AI
