Job Summary
Providing support in developing design and program specifications, the Cognos Developer will work remotely or onsite in Chattanooga, TN, focusing on coding, testing, and documenting solutions for medium to complex programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop program specifications and validate program accuracy through unit testing
- Modify existing programs to meet changing system requirements and assist team members with coding techniques
- Document and resolve work unit issues while maintaining project libraries and data files
Required qualifications
- Intermediate experience with IBM Cognos TM1
- Intermediate proficiency in Java programming language
- Intermediate knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
