A company is looking for a Cognos Lead Developer to drive the customization of Cognos Analytics UI and lead enterprise reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the customization of Cognos Analytics UI to enhance user experience
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on stakeholder requirements
Administer Cognos environments, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics, including UI customization and report development
Proficiency in Cognos Report Studio, Dashboarding, and Framework Manager
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Cognos extensions
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake)
