Job Summary

Driven and resilient, the full-time remote Cold Call Specialist will focus on high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified leads and pre-book meetings across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects using a parallel dialer
• Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities
• Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven success in a cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales role
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets
• Strong phone presence and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone
• Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations
• Experience using parallel dialers and other calling-specific technology
