Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the design and optimization of enterprise collaboration solutions, the full-time Collaboration Engineer will lead initiatives within Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint, while promoting user adoption and modern work practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions aligned with organizational strategies
• Drive user adoption and improve experiences through partnerships with business stakeholders and enablement strategies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to collaboration engineers while managing complex projects and integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in designing and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms, particularly Microsoft technologies
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools
• Foundational knowledge of Power Platform and understanding of data governance frameworks within Microsoft 365
