Collaboration Technology Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collaboration Technology Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox
• Develop and maintain custom scripts for task automation and manage APIs, GitHub, and CI-CD Pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration platforms, implementing corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Collaboration Technology Engineer supporting collaboration platforms
• Hands-on experience in writing Python scripts and developing APIs
• Experience in migrating repetitive workflows to automated solutions
• Proficiency in writing Lambda functions in AWS and familiarity with CI-CD pipelines
• Relevant certifications in collaboration platforms are a plus
