Collaborative Delivery Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of private-sector project development, the full-time Collaborative Delivery Developer will engage in pursuit and sales activities, shape delivery strategies, and strengthen client relationships while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to pursuit and sales efforts, managing increasingly complex tasks and supporting strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business units and contractor partners to develop private-sector project delivery strategies that consider constructability and risk management
• Identify client needs and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients in the private sector and alternative delivery markets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure programs and collaborative delivery, with a focus on sales, strategy, or project development
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required
• Strong knowledge of private-sector construction delivery concepts, including project risk and sequencing
• Experience with collaborative delivery models and private sector procurement approaches
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and lead strategic proposal preparations
