Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Collateral Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee collateral integrity, property valuation accuracy, and liquidation performance for loan portfolios
- Ensure completeness of documentation for loan acquisitions, transfers, and portfolio sales
- Build and lead a team to implement tracking, reporting, controls, and governance standards for collateral oversight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in collateral management, mortgage servicing, or loan operations
- Working knowledge of mortgage documentation and property valuation methodologies
- Prior experience coordinating with servicers, custodians, or document vendors
- Previous experience managing people and leading teams is highly preferred
