Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Collateral Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee collateral integrity, property valuation accuracy, and liquidation performance for loan portfolios
  • Ensure completeness of documentation for loan acquisitions, transfers, and portfolio sales
  • Build and lead a team to implement tracking, reporting, controls, and governance standards for collateral oversight
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in collateral management, mortgage servicing, or loan operations
  • Working knowledge of mortgage documentation and property valuation methodologies
  • Prior experience coordinating with servicers, custodians, or document vendors
  • Previous experience managing people and leading teams is highly preferred
