Collateral Operations Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing and enhancing operational efficiencies, the full-time Collateral Operations Lead will develop solutions for Collateral Operations, ensuring compliance and efficient performance in areas such as title processing, repossessions, and collateral sales, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance and workflow support to team members, ensuring adherence to established procedures
• Research and resolve escalated complaints, responding thoroughly within 24-48 hours
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures, driving compliance and accountability within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred; high school diploma required
• 3-5 years of experience in credit card and/or banking
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with a demonstrated ability to drive accountability
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Loan Servicing Software
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines and projects while supporting direct reports
