Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collateral Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Track daily collateral shipped reports for timely delivery from Correspondents to warehouse banks
Communicate with Correspondents and warehouse banks to resolve outstanding collateral packages and exceptions
Monitor and assess daily reports related to collateral and MERS transfers

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year prior experience in the mortgage banking industry required
Experience with MERS online system activities strongly desired
Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office and Internet Browsers
Knowledge of DataTrac is a plus
