Job Summary
Working remotely full-time, the Collateral Support Specialist will manage the timely receipt of recorded collateral documents, collaborate with business lines to resolve missing documentation, and assist in the submission of UCC filings while driving efficiency through technology and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with business lines to clear missing perfected collateral documents and reports discrepancies to management
- Submits UCC filings for recording and monitors third-party vendors for continuations and renewals
- Assists in developing operational plans and provides training to team members on processing and workload management
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in loan or operations
- Thorough understanding of loan documentation and collateral requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and customers
