Collection Analyst

Job Summary

To support timely collections for one of the business units, the full-time remote Collection Analyst will manage outstanding client invoices, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage collections for assigned accounts and monitor past-due invoices
• Contact clients regarding outstanding balances and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Prepare collection updates and support recurring meetings with account status and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting or ERP systems; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex payment issues
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining customer account records
