Collection Representative - AR Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing collection team, the full-time Collection Representative - AR Licensed will manage high-volume calls with consumers regarding past-due medical balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and consistently exceed performance metrics while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Successful completion of a company collector training program is mandatory
