Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Representative II to manage delinquent debt accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage a portfolio of charged-off accounts with principal balances of $2,501 and greater
• Utilize collection strategies and skip tracing techniques to locate consumers and negotiate payment terms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies while documenting all account activity accurately

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 1 year of collections or sales experience preferred
• High school education or GED equivalent required
