Collection Representative II

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of customer outreach interactions, the fully remote Collection Representative II will provide expert information on registration, billing, payment, and collection procedures while resolving disputes and maintaining correspondence with students.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls for current, past-due, and delinquent accounts while completing necessary reports
• Collaborate with college-wide student services to research and resolve student appeals and disputes
• Assist staff and students in interpreting account information and related college policies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of collections experience
• Preferred Level II Collections Representative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education may substitute for experience
