Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and collection actions
• Make routine collection calls and document actions taken in the company software system
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Previous home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience required
• 1-3 years of strong collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
