Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist who will work remotely and engage with consumers to negotiate repayment of delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts
• Utilize provided tools and training to effectively resolve accounts
• Achieve performance goals and contribute to team success

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Availability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience (preferred)
• One (1) year of Collection Experience (preferred)
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills (preferred)
