Collection Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Collection Specialist, the remote position involves contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts while offering competitive pay and unlimited bonus potential.

Key responsibilities

• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment terms and establish repayment schedules
• Resolve delinquent accounts through effective communication and negotiation
• Utilize provided tools and training to achieve success in collections

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
• Flexible schedule availability Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience preferred
• One (1) year of Collection Experience preferred
