Collection Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Collection Specialist, the successful candidate will contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts while enjoying comprehensive benefits and unlimited bonus potential.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment plans for delinquent accounts
• Establish repayment schedules and resolve outstanding balances
• Utilize provided tools and training to enhance collection efforts

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Availability to work varying hours Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm
• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
• One year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience preferred
• One year of Collection Experience preferred
