Collection Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Specialist to manage collections and coordinate dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
• Negotiate claims resolution with insurance carriers and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and acquire background information as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and/or subrogation
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependability and customer service experience required
• Critical thinker with strong organizational skills
