Collection Subrogation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Subrogation Specialist to manage collections and resolve disputed invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with businesses to collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
• Negotiate claims' resolutions with insurance carriers and responsible parties
• Prepare investigative correspondence and establish agreements for lien releases and monthly payment contracts

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in 3rd party collections and/or subrogation
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Dependability and customer service experience are required
• Critical thinking skills
