Job Summary
Performing a variety of administrative services within the Collections Department, the fully remote Collection Support Specialist will prepare pay-off letters, send itemized statements to debtors, and assist Third Party Account Managers with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares pay-off letters for banks and title companies
- Sends itemized statements to debtors
- Assists Third Party Account Managers with various administrative tasks
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree or post-high school courses preferred
- Previous administrative work experience in an office setting is required
- Experience using Microsoft Applications, Outlook, and Excel is required
- Strong typing skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
