Job Summary
Supporting high-value SendTech Clients, the full-time remote Collections Account Specialist will manage billing and collections activities, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction while handling sensitive financial data.
Key responsibilities
- Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business
- Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems
- Collaborate with various agents to respond to client inquiries and maintain good working relationships across business units
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of client service experience
- Prior experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation (preferred)
- Proven time management skills
- Strong organizational skills, with Microsoft Office Suite experience a plus
- Able to work independently while functioning effectively in a team environment
