Job Summary

Supporting high-value SendTech Clients, the full-time remote Collections Account Specialist will manage billing and collections activities, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction while handling sensitive financial data.

Key responsibilities
  • Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business
  • Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems
  • Collaborate with various agents to respond to client inquiries and maintain good working relationships across business units
Required qualifications
  • 2 or more years of client service experience
  • Prior experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation (preferred)
  • Proven time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with Microsoft Office Suite experience a plus
  • Able to work independently while functioning effectively in a team environment
