Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional Customer Service/Sales/Collections experience
• Ability to recover past due customer balances while listening to customer needs
• Team player who takes initiative to suggest process improvements
• Competitive nature with the ability to maintain focus and complete tasks independently
