Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Administrator II (Contract to Hire).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all responsibilities of a Collections Administrator - Level I
  • Manage a monthly aged trial balance and handle a larger workload while meeting collection goals
  • Create and submit appeals for denials from payers and prepare secondary claims to insurance companies
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in medical collections
  • Strong performance in cash collections and overcoming objections
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and heavy volume
  • Teamwork orientation and willingness to share knowledge
  • Some college preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
