Collections Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Agent to assist homeowners in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments to reduce overall portfolio delinquency according to guidelines
• Participate in outbound dialer campaigns and comply with standards and regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service and assess reasons for delinquency to discuss workout options

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in Finance and Accounting preferred
• Minimum two years' experience in consumer relations, customer service, or collections in a call center
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
• General computer proficiency and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
