Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls on past due customer accounts to resolve delinquency
• Research delinquent accounts and provide relief options to customers according to company policies
• Assist with overflow calls and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR relevant applicable experience
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
• Professional phone presence
• Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
