Collections Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Agent to assist homeowners in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments to reduce overall portfolio delinquency according to guidelines
• Participate in outbound dialer campaigns while complying with regulations and internal policies
• Provide outstanding customer service and assess reasons for delinquency to discuss workout options

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in Finance and Accounting preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in consumer relations/customer service/collections in a high-volume call center
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
• General computer proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
