Collections Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely after an initial training period, the part-time hourly Collections Agent will manage outbound and inbound calls, negotiate account resolutions, and maintain accurate customer information while adhering to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and receive calls from customers to negotiate account resolutions
• Document actions and maintain up-to-date customer contact information in collection systems
• Meet monthly performance goals while complying with FDCPA and company regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 7-year background check required
• Understanding of customer service practices and principles
