Collections Agent

Job Summary

Assisting homeowners through inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment, the full-time Collections Agent will focus on collecting payments and providing workout solutions for early defaults while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect payments to reduce overall portfolio delinquency in compliance with guidelines
• Participate in outbound dialer campaigns while adhering to telephone standards and regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service and assess reasons for delinquency to offer appropriate solutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in Finance and Accounting preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in consumer relations, customer service, or collections in a call center
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
