Collections Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Collections Agent will manage and resolve early-stage delinquent accounts by reviewing and analyzing client accounts, engaging with clients to negotiate repayment solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine effective resolution strategies
• Contact clients via phone and email to discuss accounts and negotiate repayment plans
• Document all client interactions and agreements accurately in the company's system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer collections
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
