Collections Agent Mid-Balance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Agent - Mid Balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 60 outbound/inbound calls
• Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
• Create urgency with non-paying debtors and collaborate with Client Support Representative to resolve disputes
