Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to support the accounts receivable function by processing customer payments and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and pursue payment on delinquent accounts through communication with account holders
• Maintain logs of payment promises and account details while generating and distributing monthly customer statements
• Research customer payment discrepancies and assist with the resolution of overdue invoices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior collections experience required, but preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Self-motivated and coachable with excellent organizational skills
• NetSuite experience preferred
