Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Cards - Processing credit card payments and virtual CC processing
• Credit Hold - Reviewing sales orders for potential release from credit hold
• Invoice Uploads - Uploading invoices to government portals

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in collections and debt recovery
• Ability to negotiate debt payments
• Familiarity with financial software systems
