Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to support its accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and pursue payment on delinquent accounts and send reminders for overdue invoices
• Research customer payment discrepancies and maintain logs of payment promises
• Generate monthly customer statements and assist with accounts receivable-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior collections experience required, but preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Self-motivated and able to handle confidential information
• NetSuite experience preferred
