Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to support its Credit & Collections function by managing delinquent accounts and ensuring compliance with established policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30+ collection calls daily to resolve past-due balances
- Investigate nonpayment reasons and determine resolution steps
- Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities in PeopleSoft
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate collections or finance/accounting functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar financial systems is preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience working within structured processes
