Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to support its Credit & Collections function by managing delinquent accounts and ensuring compliance with established policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 30+ collection calls daily to resolve past-due balances
  • Investigate nonpayment reasons and determine resolution steps
  • Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities in PeopleSoft
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate collections or finance/accounting functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar financial systems is preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience working within structured processes
