Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management on departmental goals, special projects, and information sharing
• Complete financial adjustments, investigate disputed claims, and manage claims overpayment recoveries
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with third-party collections agencies to resolve uncollectible Provider AR

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Experience in accounts receivable management is strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and strong technical abilities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvements
