A company is looking for an Associate Collections Analyst to join their Collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete collections lifecycle for the company's Spend and Expense product
• Perform account-level reviews to identify effective client outreach strategies and execute plans for revenue recovery
• Optimize collection processes to meet financial goals in a high-performing team environment

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of direct collections experience in e-commerce, payments, financial services, or a similar industry
• Proven ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures
• Demonstrated data analysis and investigative techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Interpersonal and decision-making skills to resolve conflicts and build relationships
