Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analyst to manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables, including outreach and dispute resolution
• Build and maintain collections workflows and develop customer relationships to resolve payment issues
• Contribute data to quarterly CECL analysis and work cross-functionally with other departments to accelerate cash recovery

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a collections portfolio across enterprise and SMB accounts
• Proficiency with AR and collections tools; experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts and aging buckets
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable with aging reports and collection metrics
• Bonus: Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription billing collections environment
