Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Collections Analyst I, the full-time role will support the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and maintain professional relationships
• Research billing questions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or collections
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
