Collections Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Analytics Manager to lead a team of business analysts in providing data and analytical support for collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and advanced analytics to support collection and recovery strategies for personal loan and credit card products
• Conduct analysis and deliver insights to optimize collection strategies and improve credit performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in collections, marketing, or credit risk management in consumer lending is preferred
• Strong proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, Looker, and Knowledge Seeker is a plus
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team, including management and development
• Strong organizational and project management skills
