Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Contractor - Collections and Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for overdue receivables and client inquiries
• Create and manage invoices, maintain customer files, and improve billing processes
• Compile financial summaries and assist in collections while preserving client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of related collections and billing experience
• Complex billing experience with a focus on process improvement
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with accounting software
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for various software and processes
