Job Summary
A company is looking for an International Contractor - Collections and Billing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for overdue receivables and client inquiries
- Create and manage invoices, maintain customer files, and improve billing processes
- Compile financial summaries and assist in collections while preserving client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of related collections and billing experience
- Complex billing experience with a focus on process improvement
- Previous customer service experience and familiarity with accounting software
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for various software and processes
