Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections and Recoveries Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage delinquent loan and TPO accounts, providing vendor guidance as needed
• Drive right party contact improvements and identify delinquency trends
• Manage escalated collection activities, account remediation, and customer assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field with 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in a Collections environment
• Results-oriented and proactive team player with good business acumen
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience working in a high-tech environment
• Experience with collections and recoveries strategies
