Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Associate Remote (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to ensure compliance and retention
• Follow up on payment plans, promise to pays, and settlements in a timely manner
• Organize and prioritize daily work to meet department goals and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Availability to work specified hours, including Monday and Friday AM and Tuesday - Thursday PM
