Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Associate Remote (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers through inbound calls and text messages to ensure compliance with program requirements
• Conduct outbound communications to resolve outstanding balances and support customer retention
• Manage payment plans and follow up on promises to pay while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, sales, or account management (preferred, not required)
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, remote call-center environment
• Strong judgment and organizational skills to prioritize daily work and meet deadlines
