Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Associate - RCM (India).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine outbound and inbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances
• Document all collection activities accurately in the practice management system
• Collaborate with AR, billing, and clinic teams to resolve balance discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-1 year of experience in collections, customer service, call center, or healthcare administration preferred
• Basic understanding of patient billing and healthcare revenue cycle principles preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
