Collections Associate

Job Summary

Overseeing vendor relationships and supporting collections operations, the full-time Servicing and Collections Associate will manage performance monitoring, facilitate communication across departments, and drive collections results while working onsite in Sioux Falls, SD.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain contract documentation
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and project coordination to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Track collections performance and support collections staff through training and performance improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of collections experience, preferably in B2C markets
• 2-3 years of analytical and operational experience, including root cause analysis
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, SLAs, and regulatory expectations
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau
