Collections Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers who have passed their required servicing date
• Analyze account data and negotiate settlements and/or payment plans
• Skip trace, review, and resolve account and customer service issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, or Sales
• 1+ year of direct-to-consumer Collections experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a high volume environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
