Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections - Collector 1 to manage the timely collection of delinquent loans remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage assigned delinquent accounts, contacting members via phone and mail
• Advise members on debt repayment strategies in compliance with policies and regulations
• Document all actions taken and recommend repossession or deferment options as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on collection experience with real estate, secured and unsecured loans
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
